Total Arm Workout!

Grab your dumbbells, focus on your form and get ready to tighten and tone your arms. This is an 11 minute blast. Use a weight that is challenging, so start with a heavier set. If you start to burn out with those heavier ones, drop down to a slightly lighter set. The heavier weights will start to build the muscle, and the lighter weights – since you can do a greater amount of reps – will continue on with the toning. Don’t be afraid of heavier weights, they are the key to having those gorgeous arms you are working so hard for. Have fun!
