I spend a lot of time assessing my shoulders in mirrors or windows or in my sunglasses. I know I know, and when I see a woman who has shoulders that are super sculpted I am not at all shy about asking what workout they are doing! I always walk away with great suggestions and most times I’ve made a new friend that I can meet for a workout!
One of my new workout buddies tipped me to this workout with Autumn Calabrese – the most challenging move for me were the Half Moons. Talk about a burn. I started with 5 pound weights and then dropped down to 3 pounds. Don’t worry if you have to drop the weight – that means you’re working hard, just keep at it!
