I’m focusing on my booty and legs, and you will experience my world today. I’ve been doing more squat and lunge variations, adding weights as well once I’ve mastered the move with perfect form. Form is really key to any move you do. Take the time in the beginning and as you continue to really focus and perfect what you are doing. Building a proper foundation in whatever you do in life will enhance future results. Feel the burn, build the muscle and tone, tone, tone! Have fun with this one!
