4 Moves for a Round Booty

Here are 4 of the best exercises to help you have a round booty. It’s the best bubble butt workout from because it requires little equipment and isn’t complicated. If you are a beginner you can shoot for 1-2 rounds of this round booty workout. If you are more advanced try to do 3-4 rounds.

Once you complete the moves below, get in a cardio workout. A few ideas are a 3 mile jog, if you have the time, if not get in one mile at a pace that really challenges you. Another idea is a jump rope workout. Do one full minute of jumps, followed by a 30 second rest. Repeat this 10 times. 

Here are the moves:

1) Crazy Burpee – 10 reps
2) Weighted Bridge – 30 reps
3) Deadlifts – 15 – 25 reps (depending on how heavy)
4) Pulsing Leg Raises – 10 reps each leg
