2. Eat water rich foods.
In combination drinking plenty of water, another way to get water into your system is with foods that are packed with water. Keeping your vegetable bin full of cucumbers, celery, and tomatoes will keeop you feeling full + hydrated. Another bonus is that these foods are very low in calories.
3. Keep your engine burning.
Eat your breakfast, lunch and dinner. Eat a few snacks too if you are hungry. Keeping your engine burning aka your metabolism will keep your hunger at bay. This is also keeps your body in fat burning mode!
Here is a trick to eating a lighter lunch or dinner…start with soup! Keep it a broth based soup – and have a cup or instead of your usual lunch, have a bowl of soup. Best bet here is to make your own so you can dictate the amount of sodium and you can load it with vegetables.
5. Brush Em.
Brush your teeth frequently or have mint gum on hand. The fresh minty taste in your mouth often limits the grazing/snacking that can happen.
