Boxing Workout! Do it at Home!

I didn’t realize that my boxing coach had one of these special Popsugar videos! Milan Costich of Prevail Los Angeles is amazing. I take class with him or one the amazing trainers once a week. The classes usually only run 40 minutes, and I promise you I am drenched when I leave. For those of you who have never done a boxing style workout, this is a great place to start! You won’t need any gloves – so grab some tiny weights – 2-3 lbs and get going!
