Better booty in 10? Sure thing! We’ve got targeted moves here that you may or may not have done before. All you’re going to need is mat, and a box to step up on. You could sub the box for a stair as well. You’re going to be doing 8 moves that will have your tush on fire! You can see in the video PopSugar’s Anna Renderer really knows what she’s talking about. Her creative style is one that I continually come back to. The most challenging move for me was the Single Leg Box Squats. What was yours?
