I think this is one of the most popular areas for women to have focus when working out. The others being thighs, arms and booty. Today we take a focus on combating fat around your middle. While there is no way to “spot train” and lose fat from a particular area you can incorporate cardio, ab and lower body moves to help blast the fat. The cardio will keep your heart rate up – not anaerobic – this will keep you in fat burning mode. There are quite a few moves that will keep your muscles firing and working – that’s what we want to burn the most calories. This is a routine designed for intermediate or advanced athletes, however, if you are a beginner – go for it, there is no reason for you to avoid the challenge. Have fun!
