New Year, No More Muffin Top Workout

After a bit of overindulging during the holidays, we need to put a little extra focus on the mid-section. We’re not saying that you have a muffin top… maybe you do, maybe you don’t – but it won’t hurt you (yes it will!) target those abs and obliques.

This workout is tough, but it’ll definitely do the trick and should take you less than 10 minutes to complete. Now, get to it!
