Squat & Plank Challenge!

This is an amazing way to maximize time. We’ve made a kick-ass workout featuring just two moves: the squat and the plank. There are so many effective variations of these classic exercises, but we manage to fit five of each into this quick 10-minute workout. Plus you don’t need any equipment for this bodyweight workout, so you can do it anywhere.
