  • 1 Cup of Baby Kale
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
    (we recommend whey)
  • 50g Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 200ml Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter
    (peanut butter works too!)
  • Ice
  • Use Chia Seeds as topping (optional)
