We’ve got a 10 minute routine here that will help to tighten and tone your arms. You will need a set of dumbbells, preferably 3 to 5 pounds. Three pounds becomes heavy quite quickly so feel good about yourself regardless of the amount of weight you use. I find when I am doing these types of workouts, I use a 3 pounder, sometimes dropping down to 2 pounds!
You will be standing, sitting and in plank hold for these moves, which will have you utilizing your core too. Try to incorporate this routine into your week a few times! Have fun!
