Here’s how it works:
You’ll do a pyramid with two exercises: Jump Squats & Mountain Climbers
Total number of reps for each round is 21.
Start by doing 20 jump squats and 1 mountain climber. Then next round you’ll do 19 jump squats and 2 mountain climbers. Then you’ll do 18 jump squats and 3 mountain climbers. You’ll continue in this way until you’ve gotten to 1 jump squat and 20 mountain climbers.
