Pull Ups are ready-made for personal challenges! The most basic of equipment and your own bodyweight create the perfect partnership for pushing your fitness to the next level. Women are predisposed to struggle with pull-ups because, unlike men, they carry the majority of their muscle and weight below the mid-section whereas men carry it up top. However, that makes a pull-up a far more impressive feat for women because it means you are crushing it in your training. Whether it’s machine assisted, spotted by a partner or trainer, or solo, pull-ups are a great goal to set for yourself.
