This 8 minute oblique workout is comprised of 4 moves that are perfect to help you lose love handles. Do each of the oblique exercises for the prescribed number of reps or just follow the instructor through the whole obliques workout for women. If you are a beginner you’ll want to try the exercises in this obliques routine before attempting the full workout. If you are very advanced, you can always do this obliques workout twice through for a 16 minute workout.
