Want to look great in those workout leggings? This is a great mix of cardio and strength that will have your legs (the biggest muscles on your body) burning and firing in about 10 seconds. I like this routine as a no weight option to help to slim and tone my quads and thighs. I’ve been doing a lot of workouts lately that include heavy weights so while this is tough it’s a treat!
I’m telling you, the first combo of moves is so hard! I won’t lie, I hate chair move. What do think? Let me know!
