Oh Yes, Obliques!

This workout will help you to lose love handles. As usual these are “pop-up” workouts that can be done anywhere, anytime, when you have only a bit of time! What’s better than that? Oblique exercises will help you frame out your abs and get your best physique ever. Combine this abs and obliques workout with a healthy nutrition plan to help lose body-fat because there is no way to spot reduce.

There are 4 moves, and you’ll do each of the oblique exercises for the prescribed number of reps. If you are a beginner you’ll want to try the exercises in this obliques routine before attempting the full workout. If you are very advanced,  do this workout twice through for a 16 minute workout.

Here are the obliques exercises that make up this routine to help you get rid of love handles:

1) Side Crunch (15 reps each side)
2) Side Plank & Tap (follow instructor)
3) Spider Crawls (60 seconds)
4) Plank Twists (60 seconds, follow instructor)
