If you don’t already know about mug cakes, be warned… they are deliciously addicting and so easy that you might start having them for every meal! My favorite thing about a mug cake is the fact that you can come up with pretty much any concoction you want and throw it together in a mug for a delicious result! Tis recipe from The Diet Chef is a prime example. Peanut Butter and Banana? Yes please! Only a couple ingredients and a few minutes makes a scrumptious, protein and fiber filled snack that is bound to have you craving more!
