This one could be called a barn burner! There are high reps and lots of them. This routine is not for the faint of heart or for new athletes. Yes, you can modify of course, however, this is really an advanced workout. Some of these moves I had never seen before, and to those I say: holy moly! Let me know what you think!
Here are the moves: Repeat 1-4 for 3 total rounds.
1) Jump Lunge Side to Side (20 reps)
2) Burpee With Two Jump Squats, Two Jump Tucks (10 reps)
3) Ceiling Stomp (20 reps each leg)
4) Weighted Squats (50 reps)
BONUS: Burn the Bridge (40 reps, then 30, then 20, then 10)
