The Belly, Buns, & Thighs Workout

A few days ago, we shared a great 10minute workout that is all about training your core while getting in some cardio. Well, today we are taking it a step further and upping our workout game! This time, we’re going for a full 40-minute workout that will target not just your core, but your butt and thighs as well. Using the same intense walking technique, trainer Jessica Smith gets your whole core and lower body engaged to turn this “walk” into a full workout.
