Barry’s Bootcamp Inspired 10 Minute Workout

If you reside in a larger city, you may have heard of the Barry’s Bootcamp workout. They are… challenging to say the least. High intensity treadmill training combined with strength work. They vary the workout daily to hit specific body parts.

No class is ever the same, and the instructors are top-notch at what they do. Great music, great community and ever changing routines keep people coming back.
