It’s a beautiful Sunday here in LA, hopefully it is where you are too! Sunny Sunday’s mean walks, brunch, and maybe even a picnic at the park. However, that does NOT mean it’s a day to skimp on the fitness! This workout from Joe Wicks is one of my favorites because yo can do it while you’re out at the beach for a day, at the park with the kids, or just as a great workout with different scenery! Try this 20 minute park bench workout for a great way to stay in shape this Sunday!
