We all probably remember that massive marketing campaign for 8-minute abs. For a couple years, you could barely turn on the TV without seeing an infomercial for it. Why was it so successful? In it’s simplest form, that kind of workout made people realize you can actually get in great exercise without going for hours. That is the whole idea behind High Intensity Interval Training and Tabata. However, we are going to branch off from those old infomercials and share with you an 8-minute exercise to tone up not your abs, but your legs! Trainer Jessica Smith shows us a great workout that can be done right at home with no equipment that will get those things and buns burning and still keep you on time for work. Give it a try, then you should probably avoid walking to work haha!
