Make no mistake, the crunch certainly has cemented it’s place in ab workout history for a reason. That being said, relying too much on it during core training can leave you lopsided and uneven in muscle definition as well as overall mass and strength. These moves (and subsequent routine) were put together to get a more well-rounded ab workout that covers the whole core without ever doing a crunch. From obliques to your pelvic floor, this ab workout will tone and sculpt without letting your back hit the floor.
