If you follow my posts, you’ll know I’m all about finding new and inventive ways to stay fit. Not only does it keep the body guessing, but it also keeps your mind from getting bored with the same moves over and over again. That’s why I was excited to find this ab workout from Katie Dunlop of LoveSweat&Fitness. The whole workout can be done at home, with only a light dumbbell (or my ever versatile full soup can), and only takes about 15 minutes. What makes it different from other ab workouts you ask? It’s all based on standing moves, absolutely NO lying on the floor doing endless crunches. The whole workout keeps you on your feet targeting those abs, with a bit of shoulder and leg work as well. Give it a try and don’t even worry about putting a mat down!
